Review by hotel critic
In the heart of Germany, Romantik Hotel warmly welcomed me for a gourmet escape. As a Berliner with a penchant for culinary adventures, I was delighted to sample their fine regional cuisine with a Mediterranean flair. The exquisite wines to pair were a true highlight, enhancing every flavorful bite.At the quaint restaurant "Wasserpavillon," I embarked on an unforgettable dining journey. The evening unfolded with first-class gastronomic experiences amid the historic ambiance of the castle. The after-dinner delights were a treat, with homemade cakes and tarts from the castle patisserie, complemented by the region's van Nahmen juices. As the night drew to a close, the castle cellar beckoned with its vast wine selection. There, small plate foods were savored alongside premium alcohol and nonalcoholic beverages. The Brune family's emphasis on tradition and modernity shone through, creating an exclusive hospitality experience. In conclusion, Romantik Hotel offers a harmonious blend of history and culinary excellence, making it a must-visit destination for discerning food enthusiasts.
